Hello everyone! Have you ever felt like you had to stop writing, and you just want a warm, chocolate touch on your tongue? Here are some recipe's that are definitely going to taste like heaven. You don't require any processed food like cookies and chocolate, and the also won't need any wrapping of any sort.

Fruit Salad in a Jar

Ingredients/Supplies

Serving Size 1 person

For the Salad

1/2 cup of raspberries

1/2  cup of chopped mangoes

1/2 cup of chopped Bananas

1/2 cup of chopped avocados 

1/2 cup  of blueberries

1/2 cup of  chopped plums

 

For the layering

3 cups of Greek yogurt, plain yogurt, or flavored yogurt

For the topping

Any Nuts or granola(optional)

 

Instructions

First take your jar and pour in the raspberries. Then put in half a cup of  yogurt. Repeat this process with all the fruits and top it with any chopped nuts or granola of your choice(if you have any allergies you can serve without it).

Summer Berry Berries

Ingredients/Supplies

Serves 1

For the Smoothie

1/2 cup of raspberries

1/2 cup of blueberries

1/2 cup of blackberries

1/2 cup of strawberries

1 cup of milk

 

Instructions 

Put them all in a blender and blend till a nice milkshake. Make sure you don't blend to much otherwise the strawberry may start to curdle the milk so make sure your strawberries aren't too sour. Same thing applies to the other fruits.

Frozen Fruit Yogurt

Ingredients/Supplies

For the Frozen Yogurt

  • Plain or Vanilla yogurt

  • Any fruit - cut up if desired 

  • Wooden stick (optional)

  • Toppings such as nuts or granola (optional)

       Put some plain/vanilla yogurt into a bowl or container. Now, mix in your fruit and toppings now. The fruit will most likely sink to the bottom, so cut it into small chunks. Place a stick in the middle, if you want. If you put a stick in, make sure you can easily take the frozen yogurt out of the container. Freeze for at least 2 hours, depending on how solid you want it to be.

Dolphin, Turtle, Crab Fruit Bowls

Ingredients/Supplies

For the Fruit Bowls

       Turtle

  • Half a green apple              

  • 6 green grapes                       

  • Goldfish snacks                               

Dolphin

  • Half a banana, the part with the stem

  • Lots of blueberries

  • Goldfish snacks

Crab

  • Half a red apple

  • 2 pepper slices

  • 1 strawberry

Steps for Fruit Bowls

Turtle

      First, place the apple on a plate. Then, add 2 grapes on both sides of the apple, for the legs. Now, add one in the front for the head. Cut a small piece and place it at the back for the tail. Lastly, add some fish. 

Dolphin

        Place your banana in cup so the stem is out of the cup. Fill the cup with blueberries so you can see a decent amount of the banana. Cut the stem in half and place a goldfish inside.

Crab

         Put your apple on the bowl. Cut each pepper slice in half and the strawberry in half. Place the peppers as legs and the strawberries as claws.
